Avacyn Restored added to the database!

As you might know we're currently working on v3 so I'm a bit strapped for time. I have added Avacyn Restored to the database but as it stands I've only added the card data and I currently have no card images. Don't worry, I will get them in at some point, I've just got other things to be working on now as well!

Most importantly, you can search for Avacyn Restored cards and add them to decks! Let me know in this thread if anything is wrong and I'll get it sorted.
