Comment Suggestion

For Vault v3, I have an idea where maybe the comment system can stay without being abused. Maybe there could be a comment filtering system where the community chooses which comments make it to the deck and which do not. Once the comment gets 2 or 3 approvals, then the comment will be displayed.

In v3 all comments have an upvote and a downvote button. When a comment hits a threshold of -5 (to begin with) from downvotes, it becomes exiled. Exiled comments are hidden by default but can be expanded if a user so wishes.
