Hover over display

This may already be a planned feature but when looking at a deck it would be nice to hover over a card name and see what card it is without having to open a new window or tab.

We want to do this for v3 at some point but it won't be in there for release, it's in the idea bucket for the future though!

It'll be there in some form for release, don't worry. I have already pretty much coded it (it works on this forum!), so it's easy to add in.

I've added it in on the deck pages, some tweaking to do, but works as intended!
