[BUG] Dropping Deck "Likes"

As far as I know, it's impossible to get negative "Likes" the current "Like" system, yet there's a few decks I've noticed that have negative values, one of them is mine:

I first noticed this when Aliski posted a "deck" about this bug:

At the time of checking Aliski's "deck", my deck had over 60 "Likes", now it has a negative value :(

I've been doinf a little investigating and I have an idea what could possibly be happening. Assuming a deck loses the 3 "likes" a comment gives when the the comment is deleted, there's a possibility that someone could hit the delete button, stop the page from reloading (and removing the comment on his end), and hit the delete button again, stop the page, repeat, repeat, repeat... This is a meathod I used years ago on a browser based Pokemon site to get an army of Ghastlys. I'm not proud that I did it, but it's proof that the cheat method does work :| So I think it's posible some user is using this "loophole" to lower deck "likes" :mad:

I've added in an extra check to protect against this. I haven't got around to updating the counters (like scores, comment counts etc) yet though.
