Create An Account?

I have been trying for over an hour to make an account. No matter what browser I use, or even what device, I get an error that my username can only contain numbers and letters. I have only been trying things with letters and numbers. I have tried a dozen different usernames and everything.

Any suggestions?
Please help!!
