[UI BUG] Login dialog physically moves with keypress on Android

The pop-over login dialog physically moves down the page with each keypress when viewed with an Android device. Page will continue to scroll until it reaches the end, then the box stays in place.

Tested and confirmed on:
* Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet, Android 4.0 + Chrome
* Sony Xperia Ray smartphone, Android 4.0 + default Android browser

I got a friend to show me this, as neither Gary nor I have an Andriod device. It seems more like an easter egg than a bug :D

Will get Gary to take a look at this. It's using the simple-modal jQuery plugin, so someone else will have had the issue (probably CSS3). I hope.
