Unlisted flag - share private decks by link

Sometimes you want to share a private deck with a few folk, but not expose it to the entire MtGVault user-base... (eg. trade/shopping lists) Thus, it'd be handy to have a publication setting between Private and Public which let's one access a deck by direct URL only.

Well, that's easy enough to do. At the minute it will do a 302 redirect if it's private and you aren't the owner. This was mainly because private decks could potentially get indexed by Google and thus, not really be private anymore. If there's enough demand for it to just not be publicly "shown", then we can switch it over :)

Blocking Google is easy enough to do: META no-index, no-follow plus a robots.txt rule for "semi-private" deck pages.

You're welcome, we had only just about finished when you noticed, nice spot!

There's still one thing we want to do with these and that's force deck tags to be chosen before you mark a deck as public but we've run out of time tonight!
