Tournament legality as a card search filter

Tournament legality already appears in the result set; would be nice to have it as a filter on the search form too.

These do need updating for all the newer cards as well ! We'll get round to that :) All these small suggestions are great, so keep them up. Lets us know where we need to concentrate our efforts.
