A deck with multiple Vraska the Unseens and ways to make creatures hexproof and unblockable. Golgari works for this, but you'll probably need B/U/G.

This is mine, but it needs some serious tweaking, as it is too slow right now.

If you want an effective deck on the cheap, red deck wins is always fun.
You can spend 300$+ on one but they're effective for much, much less.

I don't have a cheap list on me but here are some nice cheap cards for it:

Pillar of Flame
Searing Spear
Lightning Mauler
Burning-Tree Emissary
Rakdos Cackler
Rakdos Shred Freak

Here's my expensive version if you want something to go off:

(Note that while yes, this is an expensive RDW deck, it's quite a bit cheaper than a lot of the other top end decks going around in standard these days.)

Unfortunately, multicolored decks will generally be more expensive because of the lands. Red deck wins is probably your best bet on a budget, since you wouldnt have to buy dual lands. If you already have shock lands and such though ignore me. You said you wanted a green white or green black... green white I can only think of tokens:intangible virtue, call of the conclave, parallel lives, selesnya charm... You can even splash black there for lingering souls. As far as green black goes, a zombie build with lotleth troll, gravecrawler, geralfs messenger, and strangleroot geist would be good. Sadly that build would pretty much need 4 of each of its lands

As far as building on a budget goes, I would posit this before anything: investing in the shock lands (Watery Grave and friends) will put you miles ahead as far as cash is concerned, and they'll hold their value pretty well. The best way to do that though would be to wait until Dragon's Maze comes out because of the extra supply in the market.

tl;dr: buy moar duals. They're the real key. You can play anything as long as you have manas.

Here is a decent budget for FNM it did fairly well at the place I played it, granted I didn't get the God hand every time.

This is my mono dec build that i spent a lot of time building i i placed 3rd at fnm with 60 people there. Its a cheap deck (costing around only $80) and it is sure to show results. I highly suggest this deck, and if you do some practising your surely gonna place. Hope you enjoy it.http://www.mtgvault.com/ginthas/decks/mono-red/

There is really no point in plunking down the money for all the shocklands. They are playable for a very long time, and will have a place in probably every deck you play. Definitely get them.
