v3 - Update 6

Bug Fixes/Improvements:

Facebook Like button was playing havoc with the nav at the top, I've fixed this issue and the nav no longer jumps around.

Fixed the width of the site on mobile devices, the background image was being cut off and it wasn't centered properly.

Added an "edit nubbin" that shows up whenever you hover near a deck name, you then click on this to turn the deck name into edit mode.

When creating a new deck the deck naming process should be a lot clearer now.

We've spent pretty much all evening getting a load of missing sets into the system. Sets are as follows:

The new cards are appearing in their own type sections on decklists. As an example, my Lazav deck has a creature section with Baleful Strix and Sakashima's Student as the only creatures in it and then a creature section with everything else.

So they were, I had spaces on the end of the card types for some reason, sorry about that... fixed now! :)
