[BUG] Notification for Deleted Deck

I believe there is a bug in the creation of notifications for deleted decks.

I have a notification about a deck comment that I am unable to see, because it appears the deck no longer exists, or I am unable to access that deck.

Following any link to that deck results in showing up at a blank deck page.

Heh, I thought I'd spotted this before anybody else noticed, I've just finished fixing it! :)
