I am looking to sink a good chunk of money into a deck to come out and play in some tournaments and I would like to run an Orzhov // Azorius spread (with a splash of Dimir if necessary).

I have the deck made up as what i feel would run and win using "Divine Deflection", "Debt to the Deathless" and/or "Blood Baron of Vizkopa" as my win cards and using the rest to primarily delay my foes until i can get them ready to run.

I feel as if it is missing something and I don't know what it is. I am looking for some advice and/or cards that i am missing and/or oversights to the deck that i just can't see from inside the window of making the deck as opposed to playing against it (before i sink all of the money into it to then see where i went wrong).

If you could give me your advice and/or ideas on the deck i would be greatly appreciative.
