so they are expensive dice. I can see myself using these if they were dirt cheap, as in 1 Euro per counter max. Then sure, they would be better then dice. For tournament play however which is a big part of magic, you still need to bring your dice to decide who starts and for picking stuff at random (Hymn to tourach for instance), you keep track of your life on paper (which is mandatory, you can't get around it as judges will take the history kept on your sheet of paper to base their rulings on in case of a dispute + you need it to write down cards every time some effect allows you to see your opponents hand) and usually there aren't that many dice being used during the game to keep track of stuff, at least not in legacy. So you might not get a shot at that part of the market.

It might hit some markets but honestly a spindown die removes a lot of the "searching for the right side" effect and a six sided die doesn't really have that issue at all.
Too expensive but interesting at least.
