garruk wildspeaker's ability

+1: Untap two target lands.


Now, say for example, I have 9 lands. Can I tap them, then use Garruk's ability to untap, then tap them again for 11 mana?

Yes you would be able to because you still have the mana floating in your mana pool. So it basically has the same affect as Krosan restorer, just on a larger scale(unless you have threshold.)

Or course if you had enchantments that make your lands produce more mana, you would get more mana.

Thanks.

I just wasn't sure if that was a legal move, if the tap land had to be used first before I can untap it.

No problem buddy. I personally like to use the Krosan restorer's ability with some overgrowths and get a thorn elemental out 4th turn. What abuse:)

Unfortunately, I don't have that card. I did find some Overgrowths and added that though.
