Help finding a Card

I was building a merfold deck and I could have sworn I saw a card that gave all creatures Merfolk as an additional creature type...I've been told its possible and enchantment or artifact.

I am not 100% positive it may just be wishful thinking.

Try searching with merfolk as a keyword under text. Probably exclude all but blue too. If not, I don't know. I don't think there is a card like that. Maybe by skimming you combined something like "all creatures have islandwalk" and "all creatures get +1/+1" or something?

The black enchantment Conspiracy may be the card you want, but it makes creatures only merfolk, not additional types.
