C16 Legality

I just wanted to let you guys know that it doesn't say the legality of any of the cards, at least when you specifically look up C16 cards

Never mind, apparently it's not legal anywhere. There should be a symbol or something to use there then

The legality does need updating, as there will be cards that are legal in other formats. I just havent had the time to do it yet! Will be soon
