This a cheap, fun winning deck for under ten dollars. If you don't have money you can still dominate with a deck alike to this.
Get ones creatures out and just attack like you have one life left. Some great combos in the deck are:-Spark Trooper and Double Strike from Boros Charm-Swing for 12 with trample and gain 12 life-Play Foundry Street first and Play a lot of cheap creatures- Its sucks mid game-Swing with indestructible and pump up creatures- with an indestrucible creature and an all out swing they will block a simple 2/2 with a 4/4 thinking its nothing, but pump with Dynacharge and clear the boardIf Non Budget I would add like 4 Legion LoyalistsHave Fun

This is no where close to $10. Just because the red box says that doesn't mean it. More like the Blue box is what you should always go by. Not unless you can get them all at a LGS for under $10, but buying them for that low would take forever because you would end up paying more shipping for it then anything.
