You want to mulligan until you can play selvala on Turn 2 (which is not very hard to do consistently). Turn 3 you should be dropping a low cmc high power creature (Phyrexian Dreadnought, Sheltering Ancient). Draw a card, then use your remaining 1-2 lands to activate Selvala's ability and play another fatty, netting you another card. No one other then you should draw off Selvala.
