You want to cast Voracious Wurm after gaining some life, which transfers to a number of +1/+1 equal to the life gained the turn it came into play. There are plenty of ways to get life. You can also use the Rhox Faithmender to double the life you gain, thus doubling the number of +1/+1 counters onto your Voracious Wurm.

there is a return to ravnica card that costs (G) (W) (colorless). is says you gain seven life.

Look at Sun Droplet. It is amazing in multiplayer games. Wall of Reverance is also well worth the card space.
