For anyone who is unfamiliar with the Ad Nauseam combo, pretty much you want to be able to cast Angel's Grace or Phyrexian Unlife, and then play Ad Nauseam and reveal your whole deck. Then remove 3 Simian Spirit Guides, cast Lightning Storm, and discard all the lands you need to kill your opponent. This can be done, consistently, by turn 4. This is a very general overview, and if you don't understand entirely how the combo works, or how the cards interact you'd have to look it up on your own.
