Deck discussion for Suspension of disbelief

So I love the idea behind this deck! Brilliant really. Paradox Haze with Chronozoa! Great idea!
My only issue is what's the win scenario for this deck? Do you overrun them with Chronozoas? And why do you have Street Wraith in the deck? I see he has Swampwalk and Cycling, but I don't see any other points of him actually being in the deck at all. Maybe I'm missing something.

Yes, the only way this deck win's is with Chronozoas, but it is a long and arduous road to that victory my friend.
First let me clear up the street wraith problem. Cycling can be done at instant speed and Street Wraith requires a life cost instead of a mana cost. Basically as soon as I draw a wraith I pay 2 life and draw again. It's used entirely for deck thinning. It's as if I'm playing a 56 card deck instead of 60. I've since found a better card, Gitaxian Probe, that can be paid with U or 2 life. It's played at sorcery speed but it also lets me see my opponent's hand.
The biggest problem I've had with this deck is that the newly spawned chronozoas don't have haste. If I reach a point where I'm having 3+ upkeeps per turn I have to use reality strobe on my Paradox Haze's so I'll have a batch of chronozoas to attack with next turn.
All in all the deck's fun to play with (and that was the point in making it) but gets smashed by any type of burn/removal (all those chronozoas are tokens, cyclonic rift is a death sentence). I still think I could tweak it more but it's steady as it is. The very best thing about the deck is everyone's reaction to their first time fighting it.

Honestly, it's so odd to me. I love the idea. I love seeing something new or seeing something I know with a new twist on it. Its one of the main reasons I come to this site. Good work on making my head spin when I gave it a first look.
As for suggestions, have you considered Azorius Elocutors? With all the upkeeps you'll be getting, it should be an easy card to squeeze into the deck. A few w/b/u control cards should also keep opponents off your back. Redirects or Render Silent should keep them off your back and maybe even stall for the time you need.
Gitaxian Probe is a fun card. I run several in my draw deck. But, I simply don't understand why you don't just take out the cards you don't need, such as Street Wraith, and put in cards you'd actually want, or add a draw effect to the deck so that you can actually pull what you need, instead of having to discard a card and lose two life to simply draw a card.
I understand the whole instant speed draw effect, but I'm sure you could find other cards that'll be easier and not cost you life, or if it does, at least it wouldn't be in the deck for no reason.
