One of the first decks I ever built, this deck has a lot of meaning to me. As you can see it's a tempered steel deck and it works for early game.
Turn one play plains, then tap to play signal pest. Play memnites and ornitopters then mox opal. Tap opal to play another signal pest or vault skige and finally end turn. Turn two play land and temper steel. Swing for 15-20 if cards right. All-in-All hold of from then on and attack when you can.

Wow. Thats pretty good for one of the first decks you ever built. And oh, how much I miss when these kinds of decks were standard legal.

Yea it took a lot of watching the good player where I played. Of course the thopter were added after the deck was kicked out of standard. (Scars-M12) I had porcelain legionnaire in it's place lol. I also forgot overseers were spellskite.
