I would drop a Highborn Ghoul for another Geralf's Messenger. And Phantasmal Image is better than Evil Twin, once again, to copy more Geralf's Messengers, that card is just too good. The popular combo with it is Mortarpod, but Altars Reap and Bone Splinters can do the job. Looping in the loss of life from Geralf's Messenger is a great way to beat any deck, especially when you have a Blood Artist or two in play.
