Too many creatures, not enough spells (at least for a burn deck). Cut Ruination Guide, and Tide Drifter since this is a spell deck. I'm not sure why you have Scrapheap Scrounger in here since you don't have any black mana. I'd take out one or two Cultivator's Caravans for some dual lands. Coming back from the graveyard is what makes it so good. I might add in a few more creatures that care about instant/sorceries. I'd add: Brutal ExplosionConsuming SinkholeKozliek's ReturnReality HemorrageDynavolt TowerTouch of the VoidImplement of CombustionWalking Ballista Throw in a few counterspells and draw spells, taking out whatever won't fit. Maybe add in some more dual lands in addition to your current land. If you're trying to be budget, I didn't know since you don't have tags. If you are, some of my suggestions won't work because they're too expensive, including most of the dual lands. Fill out your sideboard with some artifact hate, some more counterspells, and magma sray to deal with Scrapheap Scrounger(P.S. Sorry if this came out rude)
