Isochron Specter is a great card! Perhaps throw in a Panoptic Mirror or two? It allows you to play that effect at the beginning of each of your upkeeps for free (after cost of imprint), plus you can imprint multiple spells, and not only when you play it! I would also advice adding some Reverberate and Dual Casting, should help you get the most out of your spells.
