Sit back, relax, direct damage all the time whenever possible, counter everything and smack them in the face with their own spell and reverberate or reroute it back at them or their pitiful creatures. Remember to reverberate your own spells too. Make good use of isochron scepter with either counterspell or skullcrack. Just sit back and watch them try.

Haha it actually works quite well, surprisingly enough. It once drew out a game to turn 22 when the opponent conceded.
