This deck is under $20.00, which is my upper limit for budget, much like Northy's decks. Obviously Polluted Deltas (etc.) would be nice, but this deck does not necessarily need flashy expensive cards as much as some other decks do, as it seeks to win with roguish, unexpected strategies. In fact, it often seems to be durdling harmlessly before taking the opponent off guard with an incredible swing in momentum which is (we hope) impossible to recover from. This deck may seem a bit lacking at first glance, but it can swing with massive, explosive turns. The idea is to clog up the board with blockers, flyers, and the occasional kill spell to keep the aggro down and the midrange bogged down, with enough time to ramp and enough scions to sac for a huge 15-20 point Villainous Wealth, using the opponent's deck threats against them to close out the game. (Bonus cool points if you steal their Ulamog.)
