it's an awesome card for sure. I thought about the guttersnipes but they scream "kill me!" way too hard for my taste. In most games Hellspark Elemental will do more for you imo but if your opponent is in fact a good friend and leaves your snipes standing they'll be amazing for sure! :)
keeping chandras pheonix for some defence I did remove 1 fireblast.I changed incinerate to magma jet agree with that and added 1 faithless looting for some more draw optimizing.
Executioner's swing also kills indestructible and regenerate creatures. It also has no targeting restrictions, really solid card. Tragic slip - good card, I am not sure if I would remove anything for this card though, I use it in many decks but I feel like here it goes to waste. Why? Well if everything goes as planned your opponent will not be attacking much, so rarely something dies as a result of combat. This limits the application of tragic slip for this deck a lot. So it's a no.Tribute to hunger is a card only necessary when your opponent has ways to make his creatures hexproof because it evades targeting restriction, sideboard stuff maybe, but you can't have all the answers for all the problems.Maybe 2x Exuctioner's Swing can be traded for 2x tragic slip but I don't think it will be much of an improvement.
aaaaand I just found out Geralf's Messenger becomes invincible with Thrull Parasite.
I added some to the sideboard. Gloom vs decks that play big creatures fast and Thrull Parasite against combo/ more control heavy decks. good tip
