Deck Description

This Deck is inspired by the first block I got into. This is very similar to my deck in modern.

How to Play

This deck is about as basic as it gets. get out as much lands and mana producers as you can and then summoning trap if you've got it. otherwise keep mana ramping towards one of the Eldrazi. If you are really unlucky then you always have the eye of Ugin to get one in your hand. Makes sure to never put on the field more than 1 of each Emerakul, Kozilek, Ulamog, or Eye of Ugin.

Primeval titan would get rid of some of the mana producers and even though its a decent mana ramp the ways of getting out the edrazi tend to be the summoning traps. Honestly i have tried it with proms but i found this works better. as for khalni it requires 2 turns realistically to crack and is good later game but in the crucial first 3 turns its to slow.

Hey, what's up with everflowing chalice in the sb? Bad idea, and if anything, it should be main boarded then replaced immeditly with 2 more quick silver amulet. Also, wall of roots in place of maybe 1 lotus cobra, 1 lanowar elf, and 1 growth spasm. It is a wall mana producer, and it helps with overgrown battlements. Also consider Sylvan Caryatid and put in something to disrupt the early game. Your presence on the board before turn 4-5 is needed. Something like Tower Defense would be nice to slow down aggro decks and prevent your mana producers from being board wiped by pyroclasm. If your are going to have elderazi spawn tokens sitting there, make them work!
