This is a Dimir Mill Deck Dimir: A color Combination of Blue and BlackMilling: an Archetype that was based on a card called Millstone. This type of deck moves cards from the top of target player library directly into their graveyard. If an opponent attempts to draw a card, and there are no cards to draw, then the opponent loses as a state based action.This deck abuses Oona, Queen of the Fae's ability of milling opponents for cards and making Fae tokens. Therefore the deck is designed to constantly move cards into the graveyard as fast as possible in order for the opponent to lose at their draw step.Bottom Line: Make it so they can't find what they need
This deck utilize Oona's activated ability as well as well known cards, to move as many cards from the opponent's deck directly to the graveyard. This way, when the opponent goes to draw, they lose the game because they do not have any cards to draw from their deck.
