Wanted to try a standard dragon tribal deck with scourge of valkas. Added blue originally for clone effects, but not sure if it's worth it. Trying some control elements like aetherize playing well with goblin diplomats.

Nice deck. People are going to see that Goblin Diplomats can be a strong card in many decks. You are at 59 cards - try a Madcap Skills, Mizzim Mortors or another Aetherize to complete the deck.
