Deck Description

This is strictly a casual deck. Once you get enough counters on Quest for the Holy Relic, you can sac it, search your library for Behemoth Sledge and equip it to Naya Hushblade. Hopefully, in the time it takes you to play the five creatures that Quest needs, you can get a Sigil of the Nayan Gods on Hushblade. But without it, the Hushblade becomes a 5/4 with trample, shroud and lifelink. I also decided to go with Scattershot Archer+Basilisk Collar combo to lock down flyers (vamps, anyone?).

Splashed blue for See Beyond, just in case I draw Behemoth Sledge before I can sac Quest for the Holy Relic.

Deck discussion for Hushhammer

8x Sigil of the Nayan Gods? (I know, it's casual deck but 8!?)
Maybe Bant Sureblade?
Only for casual play it's ok.

~~~Please coment my ,,Destroy or Die (Ally)" deck~~~
Yea, that was meant to be Quest for Renewal. I don't know why I made that mistake.
Like I said before, strictly casual. I don't expect to win any tournaments or anything with it. I think the biggest thing I hope to win is a look of shock when my opponent sees me put a sledge on the hushblade.
knight of new alara makes hushblade a 6/5 shroud by itself. i had a kna/hushblade deck that beat down.
I know, but I want to try something different. I guess to each his own, but a 5/4 shroud/trample/lifelink sounds a little better than a 6/5 shroud... to me, at least.
You do realize that the second sledge hits the battlefield the Hushblade gets shroud and you can no longer equip it to the hushblade. Your plan does work. Sorry Mate
The whole point of the deck is not to play the Sledge, but to use Quest for the Holy Relic to equip it onto the hushblade.
"Remove five quest counters from Quest for the Holy Relic and sacrifice it: Search your library for an Equipment card, put it onto the battlefield, and attach it to a creature you control. Then shuffle your library."
Says nothing about target creature, so yes, it does work.
