Another T2 Combo

Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

The idea here is NOT to be a combo dependant deck... but if you suceed in your control, combo will come and will do its job.

Tested. Works very nice.
Also, its not combo dependent, but, it surprisely happens a lot in my tests.

- Gravecrawler + grimgrin + rooftop = infinite creature
- Rooftop + lich to summon all your grave
- lich + altar of the lost = summon ANY creature
- gravecrawler + secrets of the dead + another zombie = never run out of cards in your hand
- some self mill to help you get your stuff fast while you keep controling
- lich + snapcaster + secrets of the dead = use everything again and draw twice
- the perfect table would be Grimgrin + Rooftop + gravecrawler + Diregraf = infinite damage for ZERO mana.

Did like 10 matches with this deck. Won 7, lost 3 (mana problems).
Also, in 10 matches, combo triggered for infinite grimgrin attack like 6 times. 2 of em I had secrets of the dead also on table, wich made me mill untill I find a diregraf captain and put into table for no mana (rooftop) and finish with direct dmg.

If you test it too... I know you gonna like it.
Still not sure what to use as sideboard.
Probably mental misstep and cirurgical extractions, plus maybe some black sun zenith or ratchet bombs

Deck discussion for Another T2 Combo

i like this combo try murder of the crows in here somwhere too. . . . everytime a creature dies you draw and discard a card might be able to speed up the deck a bit maybe but maybe not but it's great to just throw away some of the other cards you don't need. . . .and the ability is "You May" i personally feel that rooftop storm is a bit expensive for now but i'm sure there will be some fetch field cards coming in next set to just place an enchantment :P could be fun

Thank you for your report.
Well, Im testing the deck the way it is, and I can tell you that rooftop is something that I usually like when it comes into play, since it let me play and do the combo w/o tapping any mana, saving for counters or removals. Mana would be a problem in this deck w/o rooftop. (also its probably the card I grab with Increasing Ambition. This one, or grimgrin, depends on wich one doesnt come to my hand.
Also, if I have a rooftop into play, increasing ambition becomes a Green Sun Zenith, pick up your creature and put into play.

But this deck will probably get stronger with Avacyns release.

The deck is a bit slow yes, but thats why I put control on it. =)

I'd go 24 land, swap out increasing ambition and a snapcaster. Overall, though, very sweet zombos deck, dude.

hmmm 24 lands... yeah, I had it in first one, but I decided to just cut 2 lands and add some draws with think twice.

cutting Snapcaster is something I didnt wanted, since its a super nice card... but I might test with 3.

Increasing ambition is there to get what you need to finish the combo. Saved me in numerous matches, I can tell you.
Also if you have a rooftop storm into play, increasing ambition becomes a green sun zenith! (and you can grab 2 cards using snapcaster on it) -> rooftop + grimgrin if bad luck.

but thanks for your support! I will test more and update with results!
