Garruk Mainboard. he would be sick in this deck with mostly creatures.

You have enough ramp that Garruk should replace Xenagos, or you could just go full Domri. Xenagos is not good in aggro, as he doesn't provide a good threat with his zero, and he stays at 3 loyalty (which is relevant). Only other advice is to MB Strike over Summonings.

are you speaking from all of your experience with Xenagos? turn 1, mystic turn 2 burning tree into Zur-taa, another mystic, turn 3 Xenagos +2 Stormbreath Dragon. WITH enough mana to still drop garruk and -3 him for a Ruric Thar.
enjoy not casting things, after turn 3, Control...

yeah buddy, he sucks in aggro.

I am. Also, getting at least 2 Dorks by t2 in this deck is around 25%. Please provide an actual reason why he would be good in aggro instead of domri or garruk (He belongs in midrange imo).

I think he should be running 3 domri, 2 xenagos and 2 garruk. they ALL play great together.

Agree with Ninja. Xenagos = Aggro win. Actually I'd say you're both right. Midrange aggro.... Dork Burning Tree Dork Xenagos, TO THE FACE!!!!! I quite like this deck.... I'd also mainboard Magma Jet and Side Mizzium.

I'm not sure how much I like Kalonian Hydra in this deck, you really don't have many creatures with counters on them without the use of savage summoning. I think maybe Polukranos the World Eater would be a better choice, he can act as removal, and you have enough mana ramp to make him pretty scary with his monstrous ability. Plus just a 5/5 for 4 mana with no negative side effects.

I would run the other hydra from theros, or even Scavenging OOze.

Oh man, c'mom Kalonian Hydra alone is a great bomb! haha but you're right.

I play with Polukranos, but i didn't like it that much. Kalonian was better, specially after the second attack. '-' 16/16 (=

I like it. One thought tho would be to also use the new Chandra. Mix that with Domri Rade and you can get some serious card advantage.

this is sick i would personally add another garruk or 2 so you have more of a chance to draw him and if he leaves the battlefield you have another to replace him

went 3-1 and got 3rd. I won the "mirror match" (he didnt run Garruk or Scavenging Ooze) I beat slivers, Grixis Mill, and Red Green...something...all in 2 games. all in all, pretty good, I would say. had a bit of trouble with Ashiok in the grixis matchup, but the overwhelming attack pulled me through.

I can't say that I like the Stormbreath, however I do see his point. I prefer the Kalonian over him(And Polukranos). Im not really sure about my Sideboard since I dont have alot of need at the Fnm I attend. No one really runs Control and Enchantment/Artifacts are more popular around my area. I do like the deck overall though; Can be very aggressive and sometimes very weak.

This past Fnm I went 3-1 and lost to an Esper Control(The only guy who runs it, runs it well) Against a R/B Rush deck I outsped him and I played some kind of W/G Token deck and then a Sliver deck that wasn't actually put together too well, but was strong enough to put a fight up. Ill leave a link to my deck on here; Please Like/Comment if you would. http://www.mtgvault.com/st4rscr34m/decks/rg-theros-rush/

I'd say take out ash zealot since flashback isn't really a thing anymore

lol.
yeah, a 2/2 haste, first strike for RR sure does suck....Ash Zealot is still one of the best red 2 drops in the format. you suggest its removal, but offer no replacement.

terrible advice.

lol. youre cute. I dont bitch about anything. I create discussions. you, on the other hand, just give bad advice. its good to see you know some grown up words, though. the internet breeds another tough guy.

As you've said to someone else on here, point is, it's people like you that generally ruin magic for me and make me not want to go to the FNM's. The elitist people that view themselves better than others. I'm sure I'm just arguing with a child and this, going to give myself an aneurism. Point being, I gave my advice, yes Ash Zealot is a good card, I did not say that, I just said reconsider because there is no more flash back so it's not as lethal as it used to be. Your retort was condescending, and just provoking for conflict.

Yea, I agree that ash zealot lost some of it's power now, but i like the 2/2 first strike, haste for 2 mana. :#
And this is just a discussion people. Don't need to take things too serious. (=
