This is a well constructed deck, it seems to have good synergy. Kraken Hatchling can get big if you Bioshift some counters on him after declaring him as a blocker or just enchant him with Forced Adaptation. The only advise I can give is possibly subing out Adaptive Snapjaw for Crowned Ceratok, all creatures with a +1/+1 counter gain trample. Rapid Hybridization might be a good sidebroad card in case you are slowing down with creatures coming out instantly get a 3/3 Frog Lizard, and that combo-ed with Hunger of the Howlpack would make a creature crazy big. I was thinking of ridding is deck of fathom Mage. It's really not that beneficial to the deck. I really like your idea with rapid hybridization though! Perhaps I drop to two hydras and put in a few rapids and a couple Ceretok. I had them in there before but decided against it because of the high CMC.
