Who is your general? They should be in your sideboard to stand out. It does not appear that the deck is built around any of the three possible legends that could be the general which makes it just a "BG elf tribal" that is rather underwhelming. All three generals are buildable but you have to focus on their strengths, not just throw a bunch of elves together.

This deck does not appear fast enough to be relevant in EDH. Get a few tiny elves in play, board wipe. Get a few tiny elves in play, board wipe. Lose without having done anything relevant all game...

If there are 10 forests, put 10 forests, don't put 1 forest 10 times. It's obnoxious and hard to read, especially when they aren't even together.

Fastbond is banned.

You don't have enough enchantments to make Ancestral Mask relevant.

Ambush Commander is BAD when you aren't building around land animation. Any board wipe with that in play and you are set back far more than your opponents since you no longer have lands. It would be great if you were focused on animating lands but you're not.

You need more card draw, you'll dump your hand by turn 4-5 and be in top deck mode the rest of the game without a strong/threatening general to help cover the slack.

You have like 12 black cards, why even splash black? Elf decks are stronger as mono green anyway (or g/w with the other Rhys.)
