im not aiming for the token side of eldrazi spawning, theyre in there because an eldrazi spawn token triggers descendants path for any eldrazi creature. and doing it that way will make it take way longer than turn 4 or 5 to start getting things out by which time im dead

Yeah, the deck minimum for almost all play formats is 60 cards. The only format that isn't 60 cards is a limited draft (making decks from booster packs of only one expansion) in which case it's 40 minimum. I agree smaller decks can be a lot easier to use, but at the same time its also disastrous if you're facing a mill deck.

you need to add 10 cards to the deck, otherwise it looks good

Since this deck is about going mana crazy, if you add Umbral Mantle and a switch some mana generating creatures for Defenders, when equipped to axebane guardian with at least 3 other defenders on the field you have infinite (g&w) mana (and axebane guardian gets ridiculously powerful) also works on overgrown battlement for green mana

Thanks for the tip, i think ill sideboard the counter spells though because sphere of safety does a lot to prevent creature loss

The only recommendations i have for this deck are just 4 cards. Goblin Charbelcher, Coat of Arms, Raid Bombardment, and Empty the Warrens

I would run Dangerous Wager over Faithless looting, seeing how if you have no other cards in your hand its a simple draw two. I would also switch out the lightning bolts for Raid Bombardment seeing as all the creatures are lower power in this deck.

Also seeing how the deck is namely tribal, i'd sideboard coat of arms. As long as you're not facing another tribal deck, it can be a HUGE game changer

I think the main problem i see with this deck is, you're relying on enchantments/auras to get your attacks through to the other player. If you want it to run faster, seeing how you're running in this, try ghostform or artful dodge to give unblockable. The other option is instead of speeding your deck up, add cards that will slow your opponents down, like Sphere of Safety.

If you're simply running basilica creature for flying defense, run Vampire Nighthawk instead, a 2/3 flying deathtouch lifelink is always powerful and a better choice for dealing damage and defending in my opinion

Have you considered unwinding clock for this deck?

Another strategy is add Galvanic Alchemist, when Soulbound to Axebane, with at least 4 defenders, you have infinite mana

And i just had a crazy idea to make this deck ridiculously overpowered, if you put in Winter Orb and play them once you have unwinding clock on the field, your artifact lands will untap each turn but your opponents regular lands won't

Replace darksteel myr with unwinding clock, and just add the sol ring, remember a deck does not HAVE to be 60 just at least, and seeing how your drops are higher than normal adding additional mana sources is going to benefit you greatly

I would say sideboard Hexmage(seeing how many decks have no counters involved what so ever) and put in Blood Artist seeing how he combo's well with Kalastria Highborn, Gatekeeper of Malakir, and Vampire Nighthawk. Blood Seeker also does well for causing damage if facing a creature deck, (so sideboard him or replace Vampire Interloper/Bloodghast). Other options are Chalice of Life and Exquisite Blood, They always do well in Vampire decks.

Unwinding Clock would combo well with the Keyrunes, Prophetic Prism will get you which ever of a color mana you need. Fellwar Stone will also help with casting opponents cards
