that looks a helluva lot better man. Maybe switch out your two Walking Corpses for two more Gravecrawlers. The only other thing I'd suggest is getting some duel lands in there. Try Darkslick Shores, Watery Grave and Drowned Catacomb. +1 bud

I'd take out Liliana's Caress since you're not playing a discard deck, same with Monomania. I would consider taking out Liliana Vess, but I'd totally get it if you wanna keep her in there
You should get some more 4 ofs in there for consistency. Consistent decks are good decks. I'd say get more Grave Titans and get rid of Black Cat since its not really doing much for ya. Get more Endless Ranks of the Dead too, that card kicks ass, and if you have Grave Titan out there, you'll have so many zombie tokens your opponent may get scared and concede. +1

damn cool deck! the only thing I'd say is to take out Elixir of Immortality and replace it with Think Twice. Card draw is important for control.
20 lands are a bit low, but you don't have many expensive cards either. I'm just thinking about draws, I can notice a difference between 23 and 24 lands. Cool deck tho
If you're going to splash in black for the Grave Titan I'd recommend throwing some other black cards in there. Trust me for only 2 black cards all that mana isn't going to seem worth it. I'd recommend some spot removal like Ultimate Price, Go for the Throat or Murder.
Oh I almost forgot, duel lands are really important to play for control. Some good duel lands for this deck would be Hallowed Fountain or Glacial Fortress.
this deck is brutal lol not sure how to speed it up much but to maybe splash some green and play Farseek? This gave me an idea for a deck tho, so I thank you for that.

Really cool deck man, I haven't seen a cool merfolk deck in a while. I did notice that you have 66 cards in your main deck tho. I'd recommend moving the Dispels and Safe Passages to your sideboard. And if you're going to be playing nonstandard then I'd recommend Counterspell, Mana Leak and Syncopate for counters.
