Flickering is the nickname (alluding to the effect of its namesake, the Urza's Destiny card Flicker) for exiling something, then returning it to the battlefield. When you "flicker" a permanent, it's treated as a new card that just entered the battlefield. I am personally a great fan of Venser(which sacrificed himself to save Karn and Mirrodin) so this is the deck I built around him.
Main strategy is locking the opponent until Venser ultis with making Stonehorn Dignitary enter the battlefield every tun. Reality Acids and all creatures work with Cloudstone Curio and Venser as you can see. Dig for your combo pieces with using em, delay your opponent and proceed to win the game. Major combos of the deck if you manage to make the creature enter the battlefield every turn are(which Venser makes it easier/less mana needed than Cloudstone Curio):While on the battlefield Archaeomancer + Ghostway = Get your Ghostway back, 3 mana repeatable flicker all of your creaturesFlicker Archaeomancer + Time Warp = Infinite TurnsFlicker Stonehorn Dignitary = Opponent can't combat
