A janky Historic deck tring to take infinite turns with Magistrate's Scepter and proliferate mechanic.It is not a competitive deck be ready to lose a lot of games. But when everything goes well and you managed to put together the infinite turn set up, it is the best thing ever.
Early game; just try to survive and play lands. We have 5 sweepers and 2 Seal Away. Pray that these are enough. Try not to waste Contentious Plan on turn 2 without any planeswalkers or Magistrate's Scepter around. Mid game; This is the time we will start to play our planeswalkers. They will help us gather the pieces and draw some heat from our life point. Try to drop a Magistrate's Scepter so we can put the first counter on it when we have some spare mana but do not die trying. The most diffucult thing with this deck is putting that first counter on Magistrate's Scepter. Late Game; When we have Inexorable Tide and Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield, game is almost over. Play anything and put counters on all our planeswalkers and Magistrate's Scepter. Take another turn and repeat. Enjoy playing forever. Be careful to activate Magistrate's Scepter when it has 4 or more counters on it. So we will always have a counter on it to proliferate. Otherwise tapping it and paying 4 mana to put the first one might be a bitch.Sideboard is mostly for hate cards, all of them we can pick up with Karn. So it is like in game sideboarding. (shame that they lowered it to 7 cards)Dont worry if one of our key card got removed, with Karn and Tamiyo we can always get it back or draw a new one with Narset.
