I would take out Sorin Markov and Haunting Echoes and Put in 3 Dark Tutelage instead. And change Duress to Inquisition of Kozilek so u can grab Squandron Hawk. Stoneforge, Signal Pest or other creature with Low CmC

Depends, he already has sign in blood, it's either that or Dark tutelage, I prefer dark tutelage. And if you're not playing by format, Phyrexian Arena. I would also take 2 more marsh flats instead of 2 swamps, to abuse bloodghasts ability even more :) another thing, in the current meta, vampire nighthawk, how cool he may be, is left out of most of the vampire tournament decks atm, simply because he's 3 mana. Vampire lacerator and/or pulse tracker are amazing cards for aggro decks like this ;) And yeah, ditch sorin..
The nighthawk is good. He may be a 3 cost Creature but with a little bit of control its easy to get him out. Sorin is a Cool planeswalker and not hard to get out. I am using Sign in Blood opposed to Dark Tuteage because t Sign in Blood is a controled form of drawing. Duress is Better in my opinion then Inquisition because many Control decks have things that cost more than 3 and ae not creatures such as Planeswalkers. And yes i am playing by Format this is a Standard Vampire deck. Abuse of Bloodghast is cool and with 6 Fetch lands that is plenty. If i Was going with a Straight Aggro Beatdown version of Standard Vamps I would certainly go with your Suggestions!! Ty for your Advice
Inquisition of Kozilek works better then duress in standard. Trust me i play U/B and u want to take out there Mana Leak and Squadron Hawk fast before u use up your Go for the Throat if u want to use Sorin Markov or Liliana Vess wich I use some time in my deck i have Everflowing CHalice to dodge Mana Leak and save loads of land mana
