My old-school Goblin deck from back in the '90s was my first tribal deck. It was a mono-red deck that was notorious at my LGS back in the day. My best friend hated it so much, he built a "Red Destroyer" deck specifically for it. I had been through a lot with that deck, having it stolen along with my backpack and recovered by a friend who knew the kid who stole it. (Some reassembly was required, but not too bad.)Now I'm back in the game after a 15-year hiatus. This deck was the second EDH deck that I built from scratch. I got most of the cards from the bulk commons and uncommons from my LGS. Obviously not the same as the deck I once had, but it still scratches the nostalgic itch.
