Deck Description

Low cost prevention/burn deck. Almost creatureless almost standard. Cheap removal and damage prevention/reflection that will sometimes heal for large amounts. Change out the Fetchlands, lightning bolts, and Divine Deflection and it will be standard. Channel Harm may be too expensive and need to be changed out.

How to Play

There is enough burn to keep down any creature early on. Dictate of the Twin God should be played on your opponents' turn to maximize mana efficiency. Read and understand rules 616.1 and 101.4 to understand how to use the interaction with damage prevention and damage doubling.

For example: I have 2x Dictate of the Twin God in play and a Deflecting Palm in my hand.
Opponent attacks with a 2/2 and I declare no blocks.
I play Deflecting Palm targeting the 2/2 creature.
I resolve damage effects in the following order:
Dictate of the Twin God doubles from 2 to 4 ->
Dictate of the Twin God doubles from 4 to 8 ->
Deflecting Palm prevents 8 damage and assigns 8 damage to opponent ->
Dictate of the Twin God doubles from 8 to 16 ->
Dictate of the Twin God doubles from 16 to 32
Opponent takes 32 damage
