Narrow down your deck to 60 cards.Playtest your deck (meaning, just play w/ friends) and if you notice that when you draw certain cards, they don't usually help you win, take it out of the deck. That way, you only have the best cards in your deck and you're more likely to draw the cards you need to win.I'd probably only have 22-23 mountains (depending on the mana curve.) I can't rly tell you how many until it's narrowed down to approx 60 cards.If you wouldn't mind going to my page and looking at some of my decks and giving feedback, I'd appreciate it =D

Take some cards out :) You have too many. I would try to run 60 cards. And try to run 4 copies of most cards you want. Your deck is a good start!
