Get out Corpsejack and parallel thoughts as soon as you can, then Mycoloth what ever is available (NOT Corpsejack). Get another out if you can, the more Sapros the bettter. Now play Hivestone to make them all Slivers, from here you have options.1) Play Pontiff and Gemhide. The next time your Mycoloth makes a batch of Sapro-Slivers or you play a creature, you can tap all of your Sapro-Slivers to pay the Extort cost and you are rolling in life and probably just killed you opponent (you can also boost the affect with Sanguine Bond)2)Play Darkheart and Sanguine bond, sac >7 Sapro-Slivers and you probably just won and gained a lot of life.There are other win conditions in the Sideboard and some mana accelerant to use instead of Crypt Ghast.Edit: Added an Exquisite Blood for an infinite combo with Sanguine Bond.
