Looks solid. I'd consider Hexmage over Hex Parasite, just because Hexmage deals with threats faster, but since you're doing control the Parasite might work better for you. Praetor's Grasp is another sideboard card to consider especially if you're opponent is running cards that will be helpful for you to steal. Depending on what decks you expect to go up against, Marrowshards is faster than BSZ, which is critical against Kred, but BSZ has recursion and is far more versatile, so it's a toss up. If you have the fetch lands stick with them, otherwise 22 swamps is fine since I don't think the thinning fetch lands provide is worth their price in a mono-colored deck.
