This deck was built around trying to find a use for the Powerstone Minefield. Repercussion hurts your opponents when their creatures get burned, while your Circles of Protection shield you. Citadel of Pain + Manabarbs punish having or using land, respectively, while you stay shielded behind the Circle of Protection.
Keep a Circle of Protection in play at all times, to prevent damage from Repercussion, Manabarbs, and Citadel of Pain. Once Repercussion is in play, burn your opponent's creatures early and often with Pyrohemia.
