Ok, the deck seems a bit unfocused.... I think you should pick a card and run your deck off of that card. Griselbrand is a perfect card to start with. Try getting some creatures that can die and come back to life over and over again, and instead of making it red/black, try black/blue and adding some flicker cards to keep reusing the undying. Killing off and bringing back your own creatures is a very good skill have in a deck.
Thank you for your insight, the deck is mostly this however, it also has the backup strategy of using cards like ringleader and tyrant of discord to cause utter destruction. I may make a black/blue deck as you described but this one just needs the focusing that you described first. Check back later and I will fix the deck an you can tell me how I have improved.
This deck is "bit" confusing. First of all, you need to choose a theme/meaning for this deck. You might wanna remove most of the cards and put multiple instances of some of the best choices because if you only have 1 of each card, your chances of getting them are pretty low. Also, you might wanna take a look at your mana curve because it's going up 'n down, get rid of some of the most expensive and useless cards that you can't get into the battlefield, as an example: Tyrant of Discord and Chartooth Cougar (wich can be replaced with few Shivan Dragon's which have same manacost, same ability minus the cycling and is 5/5 with flying) and also Bloodfire Colossus. You should also put in some swamp/mountain dual-lands if you're gonna keep this B/R. It is mostly confusing because I only made it because I was very bored one day and felt like throwing something together to put on vault...therefor not much effort went into it. I might edit it to see how it does.
