Not sure how much the Oketra's Monument does. Casting Caracal on 4 is nice, but making 1/1 tokens probably won't do you much good.Harvest Season is really not that great either. I'd rather see more draw spells and creatures.Do you have any other dual lands? I'd perhaps suggest more Fortified Villages.I'd put a couple of Cartouche of Strength into the main as you're really lacking removal. My only other suggestion is calling it Amonkhats.

The name is brillant :DSpeaking about Oketra's Monument - you're right missed it in edition, I'm thinking about changing it to Throne of the God-Pharaoh or Cartouche of Strength (they are in side now) - but I'd add 4 and increase number of cards to 62.About Harvest Season can work preaty well with tokens and can provide nice boost to cast Regal Caracal, eternalize Adorned Pouncer or to cast Uncage the Menagerie also it's always a good thing to get rid of lands from deck.but I won't defend it's place in main deck so hard - can always put it in side.added Canopy Vista Also thinking about changing Longtusk Cub to Initiates Companion mainly to untap exerted Pride Sovereign, and adding another in place of Benefaction of Rhonas.Thanks for coment, it was rly helpful!
