17 land isn't enough. Also, the fact that they are all dual will REALLY slow you down since they are mostly coming in tapped...
Why would you think all dual would slow you down? It slows you down by one turn at most. Plus you always have the color mana that you need. I'd say that that is a fine trade. With this mana curve adding a few lands wouldn't hurt, but I usually get good draws so I think I'll leave it for now.
